What is Advertseconds.com?

Advertseconds.com is the first internet site to offer advertisers the opportunity to buy actual seconds of advertising space. There are only 5000 seconds of advertising space available on this website and each second can be bought for just $10.

5000 seconds?! What do you mean?!

The homepage currently displays 5000 images of the numbers one through to five thousand. These images are displayed on 1000 advertising 'billboards', each containing 5 images. Each billboard cycles through its series of images over a period of 5 seconds in a continuos loop. For example, the billboard containing the images one to five will display each of these numbers for one second at a time in sequential order. At the end of the 5th second, it will begin this rotation again and continue to do for as long as the page is viewed.

Why should I buy a second?

In buying a second you will buy the right to 'occupy' this second. In other words your advert will be displayed every 5 seconds on the 'billboard' containing the second purchased. This means you can replace the image of your chosen second with an advert that will link to your own website. This advert may contain you company logo, or any other graphic or text-based image.

Can i change the image I submit once I have bought a second?

Currently, we have implemented a policy which states that images submitted by advertisers upon buying seconds can not be changed. However, this policy is subject to change depending upon the response we receive from advertisers.

How many seconds can i buy?

Advertisers may buy a maximum of 10 seconds. Obviously, the greater the number of seconds bought, the greater the exposure the advertiser will have on the website. For example, an advertiser may buy a group of two of more seconds that display sequentially on the same billboard or alternatively appear at the same time on two or more adjacent boards.
